So glad you are enjoying the story and getting the underlying message, Nancy–the story of America set in the West, and the tale of the brave men and independent women of uncommon cultures who wove the fabric of the nation is what is inspiring–I merely have the honor to write it. And a huge Happy New Year to you!
Happy New Year to you.. I am 72 yrs old and hope I can live long enough to read all your books..I have has Moccasin Tracks and Blood at Glorieta Pass on pre-order since 8/13..I also have 4 friends that I turned on to your books and we are all (impatiently waiting). Why arent your books released when you stated? This is the most enjoyable series of books we have all read in a long time..Please at least get Moccasin Tracks published as soon as your can.. Thank you. Joan Cavanaugh
Howdy Joan–don’t you worry, you WILL read al the series :-), and I am delighted you and your friends are so thoroughly enjoying this huge tale of us. We are as frustrated as you over the slip in release dates for book 4–take a minute if you would, and read the blog we posted on the reasons for that (out of the publishers control, and quite unexpected late last year) right here on the site ThreadsWest.com…that, however is the band news–the good news is we are about worked out…pulling inventory, changing ISBN’s and countless outlets switching their puter systems to new information, and distributor source takes time–way more than we would like, or anticipated. But the book ponies are on a gallop–right at you and all the other great threads west fans waiting. And, best of all, going to do my level best to get three books out, as planned this year, not withstanding the delay on the first of the trio! Please write any time!
Thank you for the inspiring words on New Years Day.
Bless you and your family.
