The last four weeks have been a helter-skelter of travel, finishing up fall projects on the CO and WY ranches prior to winters onslaught and chasing elk on the Wyoming spreads. Actually, ‘chasin’ might be an overstatement. With the last back surgery just ninety days out I tried to be careful and cautious. Unfortunately, when it comes to my pursuit of outdoor passions those two terms are an oxymoron. So in wrestling around with a grand six point bull one evening I managed to put myself in a position of back surgery regression.
One delightful week was spent with Jordan and Rhett down at the log cabins hunting, fishing, laughing, and enjoying the middle of nowhere solitude only that special place affords.
However, I’ve jotted down the outline of a number of new blogs for real estate development, author, ranching, and have an eight part Journal series complete with great pics on my travels, hunting, and special times with the kids over the past four weeks. The first of those blogs is up today under ranching and more will follow along with some stunning sunset/sunrise photos I was lucky enough to capture.
